With the ongoing COP26 in Glasgow, it comes as no surprise the Glasgow is full. All our minibuses and coaches in Glasgow have been booked out way in advance and we have had to route some of our minibuses and coaches from Newcastle and Manchester to head up due to increased demand. This has not been easy especially as arranging accommodations for the drivers has been a nightmare. The hotels we used to rent previously for GBP70 are at GBP350+ currently. However, the biggest headache we are having are customer complaints due to route delays. Our company and our drivers are trying their best to arrange transportation in the most efficient manner. However, the city is crammed to capacity, in fact way over capacity. There is a major conference, protests, roadworks, road blocks and large areas that are cordoned off forcing re-routes. These are unforeseen delays and no matter how hard we try, we are unable to cope with all of them.
